Perched on a hill in the Senegal river delta, this project is based on two low housing volumes. Each of the main rooms backs onto a distribution artery on the east side, protecting the main rooms on the sunset side. The dimensions of the rooms are such that they can be built using bio-sourced materials (short spans, thick load-bearing walls, etc.), all within a rigorous framework. Particular attention has been paid to cross-ventilation and shaded areas. This strengthens the relationship with nature.
