Rehabilitation of a 19th century commercial and residential house. The advanced state of disrepair forced us to reorganize the most recent part of this complex (from the 1930s-1960s) while the substance of the original building allowed for real preservation and rehabilitation. A search was then undertaken for the proportion of the layout of the facades and the creation of multifunctional spaces respecting the usual typology of courtyard houses in Saint-Louis. We use suitable materials in harmony with the existing materials (lime plaster, woodwork, clay tiles). The project is currently under construction.
